4 POINTS FOR EVERY £1 SPENT!
For every £1 you spend you earn 4 Grays Points. Once you earn 500 loyalty points you'll be entitled to £5 off!
CLIMB THE VIP LADDER
Right now there are 3 VIP tiers - Bronze, Silver and Gold. The higher you climb, the better the rewards.
Bronze
Everyone starts on the Bronze tier. Once you're a member you can start earning and saving points. You'll get some Grays points just for signing up and you'll earn 4 points per pound spent on orders until you reach silver.
Silver
Once you've earned enough points, you'll move up to our Silver tier. You'll get a bonus pack just for reaching silver, plus you'll start earning 5 points per pound spent instead of 4 in bronze.
Gold
Once you reach Gold you'll get an even larger pack of points to spend plus you'll be added to an exclusive promotions list for our best customers. This list gets invitations to special events that we run and also has first access to our end of line sale at the end of the year. The best bit though is that you'll start earning 6 points per pound spent as long as you stay in Gold.
